Welcome to Just Share Media ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

govern your use of our video subscription service for roofing companies ("Service"). By subscribing to or

using our Service, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription plans:

- Basic Plan - $149/month (billed annually):

- 1 branded video per month (basic brand edits)

- 1 ad copy per video

- Access to Basic Video Library

- Business Plan - $249/month (billed annually):

- 2 branded videos per month (enhanced brand edits)

- 2 ad copies per video

- Access to Premium Video Library

- Custom intro/outro

- Custom request availability

- Enterprise Plan - Custom Pricing:

- Fully customized services based on client requirements

- Includes onsite filming and video creation from scratchAll plans are billed annually in advance. Subscription services will begin only after full payment is received.

2. Renewal and Cancellation

All plans automatically renew on an annual basis unless canceled by the client before the renewal date. You

may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations apply to the next billing

cycle; no refunds will be issued for the current term.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are committing to

the entire term of the plan and agree not to dispute charges post-payment.

4. Access to Content

Videos and ad copies created under your subscription are stored in your member profile. You will retain

access to your video library only as long as your subscription remains active.

5. Delivery Timeline

- Videos from the library will be delivered within 24 hours after receiving all required brand assets.

- Custom videos are delivered within 48-72 hours after submission of all necessary inputs.

Delays caused by incomplete submissions or client-side revisions are not the responsibility of JustShare

Media.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

- Providing timely brand assets (logo, taglines, contact info, etc.)

- Requesting revisions within 24-48 hours of video delivery

- Ensuring all content usage complies with applicable laws and industry regulations7. License and Ownership

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered videos for their own commercial

use while subscribed. JustShare Media retains all rights to the original content templates and reserves the

right to reuse, modify, or distribute non-custom materials.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

- Resell or sublicense the videos

- Use the content in any misleading, defamatory, or unlawful manner

- Claim ownership over video templates or unused assets

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website

and effective upon publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised

Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

JustShare Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in

connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the

current subscription period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, USA. Any

disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
